Congratulations on your new DTN apartment! We look forward to serving you in the near future. We want to take this opportunity to let you know about your new TV & Internet service. DTN has partnered with Spartan-Net and DIRECTV to offer you The Choice programming package for your apartment home. This service includes over 150 Channels such as:

Big Ten Network, 7 HBO channels, and Fox Sports Detroit. In addition to receiving the fastest Internet service in the area, you will also be watching the best digital TV service available!

Spartan Net customers have access to 160 HD channels, over 285 Digital channels, DVR service, International programming packages, and various sports packages. The options previously listed may be added on with additional fees through DIRECTV.

Before you can take advantage of DIRECTV’s great service, you will need to setup an account as part of the move-in process. You will need to sign both a DIRECTV programming agreement and a satellite services addendum. You will also want to pick up your new digital receivers from the Spartan Net office.

In order to help make this process go smoothly for you, we have opened a Set up/Move-in center. It is located at The Hamptons of Meridian on the corner of Hagadorn and Mt. Hope.

Move-in Checklist:

✓ Sign all appropriate DIRECTV programming agreements and a satellite services addendum.

✓ Pick your free standard receiver at the Spartan Net office. Extra receivers or upgraded products are subject to additional fees.

✓ Have DIRECTV programming installed at the Spartan Net office.

✓ Make sure the appropriate cables are included. You will need RG-6 or ethernet cables. Please ask the Spartan-Net staff if you have any questions regarding cables.

✓ Pick up your channel line ups, set up instructions, and programming upgrade information.
