If you are moving from one DTN community to another, you may be able to transfer your DIRECTV account. The following DTN communities offer DIRECTV service:

- You may only transfer your DIRECTV service if you are the account holder for your apartment.
- You must have a signed lease addendum at your new community. Contact your leasing office. If you do not have a signed lease addendum, failure to sign a lease addendum may cause service to be disconnected.
- When you move out, take your DIRECTV receivers and equipment with you.
- Setup your receivers in your new apartment. Please refer to the Spartan-Net Tech Guide for instructions,or contact the Spartan-Net help desk for assistance.
- Transfer residents need to contact the Spartan-Net help desk at 1-866-386-7778 to have a representative transfer your account information to your new apartment home. IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE THIS STEP, YOUR SERVICE COULD BE DISCONNECTED!
